What types of weddings do you plan?
I specialize in luxury weddings, including American, South Asian, and fusion celebrations. From single-day weddings to multi-day South Asian weddings featuring Sangeet, Mehndi, Haldi, Baraat, and receptions, my approach is tailored to your culture, traditions, and overall vision.
Do you offer different planning collections?
Yes. I offer a curated range of planning collections designed to support weddings at different stages of the planning process:
Polki Collection – Full Service Planning + Design
Kundan Collection – Full Service Planning
Lotus Collection – Partial Planning
Jasmine Collection – Multi-Day Month-Of Coordination
Jasmine Lite Collection – Multi-Day Event Day Coordination
Each collection is intentionally structured to provide clarity, professionalism, and a luxury planning experience—no matter the level of involvement.
How far in advance should we book you?
For full-service planning (Polki or Kundan), I recommend booking 12–18 months in advance, especially for multi-day South Asian weddings.
For Lotus or Jasmine, booking 3–6 months in advance allows adequate preparation and a smooth transition into coordination.
How do you handle pricing?
Pricing is based on the scope, complexity, and level of service required—not simply the number of months or event days. Guest count, number of events, venues, and cultural elements are all considered when creating your custom proposal.
Why are the Lotus and Jasmine Collections priced similarly?
While the scope of work differs, both collections require a similar level of expertise, responsibility, and leadership. The Lotus Collection provides planning guidance over time, while the Jasmine Collection focuses on high-level, multi-day coordination during the most critical phase of the wedding. Both require senior-level oversight and carry comparable complexity, which is why they are priced within the same range.
Does your pricing change if there are fewer months to plan?
No. Pricing is based on the scope and intensity of work rather than the length of the planning timeline. Condensed timelines often require a more focused, hands-on approach to ensure every detail is executed seamlessly and to the highest standard.
Are your planning fees negotiable?
Planning fees are fixed and based on the scope and complexity of each celebration. While fees are not negotiable, I’m happy to help identify the most appropriate level of planning support.
Do you work with our vendors or only your preferred network?
I’m happy to work with vendors you’ve already booked. Depending on your selected collection, I may also provide curated vendor recommendations from trusted professionals I regularly collaborate with. The scope of vendor recommendations varies by collection.
What is your planning style?
My approach is high-touch, detail-driven, and culturally fluent. I lead with calm authority and thoughtful execution, ensuring timelines, traditions, and guest experience are handled with care so you can be fully present and enjoy your celebration.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes. While I’m based in San Diego, I travel nationally and internationally for destination weddings. Travel fees vary by location, but every celebration receives the same level of attention, care, and professionalism.
How do we get started?
The first step is a complimentary consultation where we discuss your vision, priorities, budget, and timeline. From there, I create a customized proposal outlining the planning collection and support best suited to your celebration.
