On-Site Coverage & Staffing

  • Dedicated lead planner on-site

  • Team scaled by guest count and complexity:

    • Up to 150 guests: Lead Planner only

    • 151–250 guests: Lead Planner + 1 assistant

    • 251–350 guests: Lead Planner + 2 assistants

    • Guest counts exceeding 350 require additional staffing and may incur additional fees
